Pantheon Resources plc ("Pantheon" or the "Company") gives notice that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company is to be held on Tuesday 16 September 2008 at 11:00 a.m. to ask the shareholders to vote on the adoption of new articles of association.
The EGM will take place at the offices of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG. Notice of the EGM was posted on Friday 22 August 2008.
