The Company was notified on 17 December 2009 that Sue Graham, non-executive Chairman, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in Pantheon at a price of 17.25p. Following these transactions Ms. Graham has an interest in 200,000 ordinary shares representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company
